By using PILLAR, you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of the App
PILLAR is an informational and planning support tool designed to help users understand and improve their financial habits.
It is not a financial advisory service, banking product, or certified financial planning tool.
2. No Financial Advice
The content, scores, projections, and insights provided by PILLAR are for general informational purposes only.
They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. No Guarantees
PILLAR makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided.
All outputs are estimates based on user-provided data and may not reflect real-world outcomes.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
the data you enter into the app
how you interpret and use the information provided
any decisions or actions taken based on the app
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PILLAR and its creator shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from:
use of the app
reliance on any information provided
financial decisions made based on the app
Use of the app is at your own risk.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of PILLAR require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
Refunds are handled by Apple, not PILLAR
7. Termination
We reserve the right to limit or terminate access to the app at any time without notice.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of any updates.
9. Subscription Terms
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the price displayed at purchase unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you start a paid subscription.
